We are pleased to offer a limited release of small-batch, raw wildflower honey, harvested straight from the heart of Central Texas. Because this honey is sourced in small batches, you are guaranteed a product that hasn’t been mass-produced or blended; it is pure, raw honey packed with the natural enzymes and local pollen that nature intended.

Why choose our small-batch honey?
– Small-Batch Integrity: Harvested in limited quantities to ensure the highest quality control and artisanal standard.– 100% Raw & Unfiltered: No high-heat processing or pollen eliminating filtering. Just the way the bees made it.
– Wildflower Complexity: A rich, nuanced flavor profile that captures the unique flora of the Texas landscape.
– Support Local: Every jar directly supports a local Texas apiary.
